Everything was wonderful, the parking was onsite, the room was extremely spacious. Location: the hotel was not far from everything: breakfast, meals, comfortable and big room, picturesque and beautiful manor house, extraordinary landscapes and location, a manor house and France. Also, it was 15 min drive from Eglise Saint-Pierre Catholic Church. Really enjoyed our stay, and will be returning here soon...

What a charming and cozy place the Manoir Angle turned out to be! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care by the owner, Vivian. The decor of the hotel exudes a classic elegance that instantly made me feel at home. The common areas were tastefully adorned with period furnishings, creating a lovely ambiance. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated how well-kept and accessible the entire property was. It was a delightful experience to explore the gardens and relax in the shared lounge area, surrounded by the picturesque beauty of the Boutonne River valley. Furthermore, the free WiFi made it easy for me to stay connected with my loved ones during my stay.
If I had to find a small downside to my vacation at the Manoir Angle, it would be that I couldn't extend my stay beyond one night. The children working there, as Vivian affectionately calls her staff, provided such exceptional service that I wished I could have enjoyed their hospitality for a longer period.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like long-lost friends, and the hospitality was truly mind-blowing. The hostess whipped up a delicious meal that I highly recommend trying. The spacious bedroom was incredibly comfortable, with a bed and bedding that were super cozy. The exceptional breakfast left us feeling satisfied and ready for the day. We absolutely loved the beautiful gardens, and the friendly couple who owned the house were incredibly dog-friendly, which made my boy's day when he met Jack and Rocky. this rustic and rural retreat provided the perfect tranquility we were looking for. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming, even offering free wi-fi in public areas and free parking. The leisure and TV room was a great place to relax, and there were plenty of activities like hiking, cycling, and fishing to enjoy. Plus, the fact that pets were allowed made our trip even more enjoyable. And to top it off, there was no smoking on site, which was a breath of fresh air. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be recommending it to others passing through the area.
